In the registration, please include all allergy information. If your child has a serious allergy, please make sure to bring their EpiPen.

Payment

At registration you will be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit or the full amount. Full payments are due by May 15th. You may pay the full amount upon registration, or you may make the deposit to reserve your spot and return before May 15th to pay the full amount. Just select the "Pay Now" button on our summer camp page.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Please arrive 15 minutes before camp starts to check-in. There will be a sign at the driveway directing you to the main barn.

The guardian/parent will be asked to sign each of their children in and out. At registration, please include a comprehensive list of any family members or friends that may be picking your child up at any time. In the case of any carpooling, we will need to know beforehand in writing who will be picking up or dropping off your child. If this list changes after registration, let us know beforehand.

If you are going to be late for drop-off, please call the camp director, and we'll make sure someone is waiting for you by the barn to get your child checked in.

Late pick-up will be available until 4. Please contact us to discuss after-camp hourly rates.

Lunch and Snacks

Your child's lunch and water bottle should be clearly marked. We provide coolers and a water refilling station. Make sure their lunch is healthy and filling, and please do not send them with candy and sodas! Please do not pack anything with peanut butter.

We will provide fresh veggies from our garden for kids to enjoy. For before lunch (or if your child is staying late) we will have snacks such as granola, tortilla chips, and popsicles. We will also make ice cream and fresh strawberry sorbet. Please let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions, and we will accommodate as necessary.

Sick Policy and Cancellation

Please do not send your child if they show symptoms of a contagious illness, such as vomiting, pink eye, diarrhea, or fever. If they contract these symptoms during camp, we will contact you and ask that they be taken home so as not to spread any illness to the other campers.

We cannot refund the $100 deposit. After May 15th all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the week you signed up for, let us know in advance, and we'll see if you can switch to another week at no extra charge (provided there is an opening). Or we will issue a refund before May 15th. We cannot offer refunds for individual days of camp.

Health and Safety

In our camp waiver, we ask that you grant permission to our employees to perform first aid and CPR if needed, and in case of any severe injury to call emergency medical responders. In the unlikely event of an injury, we will immediately contact you. In cases of very minor injuries or scratches, we will take care of the camper, and let you know exactly what happened at pick-up.

All of our camp counselors are CPR and first aid trained and certified.

In the case of a bee sting, if the child has an allergic reaction, we will immediately contact you and monitor the child closely. If we deem it necessary, we may ask permission to administer Benadryl to your child.

If your child has a severe allergic reaction, we have EpiPens on hand in our first aid kit. It is important that you give us a full list of your child's allergies to avoid this.

Clothes

Please send your child in adequate farm and outdoor attire. This includes clothes that will dry easily, be able to get dirty, and will keep the child cool but protected from the sun. We also suggest that you pack a bathing suit for your child. We will have changing stalls for campers to change privately. We require campers to wear CLOSE TOED SHOES. Also, make sure to bring a hat for the first day! As a project, each camper will make personalized hats, but they will need something to protect them from the sun on the first day of camp. After this, they will be able to bring their camp hat.
